Since log dimensions vary, your MastCraft windows are designed and created especially for your custom Log home.
Handcrafted from Norther BC Douglas Fir, or if you prefer, Reclaimed Fir, this gorgeous wood has the tightest, clearest graining of all the fir species.

Sash & Frame

First dried to precise specification and finished naturally, your MasterCraft windows are endowed with incredible strenght, then MasterCraft's natual or custom finish adds a beautiful luster that is magical on Douglas Fir and Reclaimed Fir.

Your custom sash includes: a screen; a 1-1/4" fir brickmold; and a 5" settling crown.
All jambs and frames are build to your individual specifications and to ensure a perfect fit, all openings are measured after construction.

Sash

All MasterCraft's custom sizes are handcrafted from either clear, treated Northern BC Douglas Fir or Replacement Fir. Each MasterCraft window has weather tight corners that are; mortised and tenoned, pressure glued and finally hardwood dowelled. This provides you with a window incorporating the ultimate in strenght and true-square fit.
